Role

You will be aligned to a specific division and are the first level of professional HR support in the divisional HR teams. Your role is to support the work of the team, delivering excellent service to customers, brokering a smooth ‘end to end’ experience of HR. Both personally and via your team, other HR colleagues and HR Direct (our outsourced transactional HR provider), you will deliver the appropriate level of administrative and policy advice to existing and prospective managers and other employees at all levels.

Requirements

We need your interest in and passion for developing a career in HR, as well as your excellent attention to detail and accuracy. With your ability to express yourself confidently and concisely both orally and in writing, you'll also have an understanding of the importance of providing timely information and reporting without compromising quality. You'll have the ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively within a deadline driven and changing environment. With experience of analysing and interpreting data, you'll also have an effective approach to team working and the ability to build effective relationships. In addition you'll have excellent practical knowledge and skills in using a range of packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint – trained to at least intermediate level.
