PUMA Energy Tanzania Graduate Trainee Program 2013
About the Program
The purpose of this program is to equip young professionals with necessary skills needed for excellent performance in various roles within Oil Industry. While learning, participants are expected to adequately perform in various assignments given to them. Upon successful graduation, participants are expected to be placed on permanent roles. The program will run over six to twelve months, with continuous assessment throughout the period, participants will be assigned tasks, attend training and evaluated on continuous basis. Learning and performing are the main criteria of success and so agility and commitment are the key drivers of success.
Requirements:
Interested candidates must meet the below requirements
Be a recent graduate, (Le. 2011 or 2012), at degree level, preferably in Business studies & Engineering
Must have at least an upper second, with a minimum GPA of 3.5
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English
Aggressive and results oriented
Demonstrate willingness, agility and commitment to learn and succeed
Working knowledge of Ms Office packages
Demonstrate general business acumen
