Roadway and Bridge Construction Inspector (Raleigh, NC)

Seeking Level TTII and TTIII candidates for roadway and bridge construction inspection work in NCDOT Division 6. NCDOT Minimum Training and Experience Requirements: · Transportation Technician II - Graduation from a two-year technical college with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Surveying Technology and two years of progressive transportation technician experience; or graduation from high school and four years of progressive transportation experience; or an equivalent combination of training and directly related experience . · Transportation Technician III - Graduation from a two-year technical college with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Surveying Technology and three years of progressive transportation technician experience; or graduation from high school and five years of progressive transportation technician experience; or an equivalent combination of training and directly related experience. Minimum Certifications: · All roadway inspectors should have NCDOT QMS Roadway Technician certification (minimum). · All bridge inspectors should have NCDOT Concrete Field Technician certification (minimum).
