Building Automation Software Specialist (BAS) Field Technician
(PM and Repair)
Workplace: WMA (Northern Virginia)
TDY Locations to be determined OCONUS travel 1 week -90 days.
Prerequisite: Minimum Secret/ Top Secret Preferred security clearance must be active prior to consideration. Security clearance requires US citizenship.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of a Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell or Niagara, or other comparable system;
OR
Have completed a factory approved/accredited or military program that provides formal instruction as a Journeyman BAS technician, AND have five (5) years hands on experience in rehabilitation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of BAS;
OR
Have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the rehabilitation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of BAS associated with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems;
OR
Hold a valid Master Building Automation System license at a State level.
Please be prepared to verify training with a scan of certificate.
