Key Qualifications
  • Experience business to business account manager

Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Create account plans for each account and manage the execution plan against each of these plans.
  • Drive ‘C’ level engagement with the customers in question ensuring that Apple’s value proposition is well understood and ensure regular briefings are delivered to the senior decision makers in the customer
  • Build a pipeline and forecast of all sales opportunities within these accounts and actively manage these in Apple’s systems
  • Maintain all action plans within Apple’s tracking systems to ensure all information between Apple and the customer is up to date.
  • Drive the sales activity into the named accounts across all of Apple’s product lines liaising with other teams (Business Development, channel, System Engineers) where appropriate to assist in this process.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  • Growth of Apple revenue within Named customers (Mac, iPad & iPhone units)
  • Share of Apple operating system within the customer
  • Quality of account plans for these named customers
  • Key influencers briefed regularly on Apple’s proposition within the account
  • Pipeline coverage
  • Achievement against targets
Additional Requirements
KEY COMPETENCIES / PROFILE:
  • Ability to manage in a matrix environment
  • Ability to influence at a senior C level in FG500 / CAC 40 companies
  • Experience in managing enterprise customers both direct and with channel partners / System Integrators
  • Background in solution selling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual team environment
  • Cross Group collaboration
  • Self motivated and ability to work alone
