Assessment/M&E Experts

MzN | International Development Expert helps NGOs worldwide to evaluate their programmatic and operational capacity in order to form investments and capacity enhancement plans. In addition, we help NGOs perform monitoring and evaluation work of programmes funded by donors. We therefore look for M&E experts and Assessment professionals to evaluate programmes as well as overall country capacity of clients.

This is an integral part of all NGOs work and proper, timely and accurate assessment reports are vital to ensure that beneficiaries in development countries and disaster regions receive the best aid possible.

Assessment/M&E Experts are deployed worldwide with a variety of NGO clients. The successful candidate should have the below skills, experience and qualifications:

• Having at least a master degree in policy development, organizational development, human resource development, business administration, public administration and other related subject
• Having at least 5 to 7 years experience in monitoring and evaluation and capacity development, policy, strategic plan development.
• Having excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
• Having excellent command of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word and MS Excel as well as e-communication software
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal experience
• Having prior experience of working in development and post disaster countries

Assignments are usually on a self-employment basis and last 3-6 month.
