Manager, Non-Structured Financial Instruments

The World Bank, the leading multilateral financial organization in global economic development, managing over $400 billion in assets, is seeking a Manager with financial instruments experience in fixed incomeand derivative products. The position is responsible for leading a team of 30+ members, based in Washington DC and Chennai, tasked with all product control transactions, financial management reporting and technology maintenance and enhancements projects for the non-structured financial instruments portfolio (borrowings, related derivatives, and loans), including loan settlement operations.This is a 4 year renewable term appointment to be based in Washington, D.C.

Candidates should have CPA or CA degree (additionally CFA/MBA preferable) and at least 10+years of relevant market experience in finance, investments, derivatives or structured transactions, specifically with product control functions of fixed income & derivative products, managing loan books, and leading teams.
