Communication Trainee IFOAM EU Group

The IFOAM EU Group is the European umbrella organisation for organic food and farming. It plays a key role in defending and promoting organic interests in Europe. To support the communication unit of the Brussels based office, IFOAM EU is looking for a trainee. The trainee will be involved in the overhaul of the IFOAM EU website, the production of publications such as the newsletter, setting
up a contact database and a photo archive.

What we are looking for in a trainee:

• Very good English skills. Preferably, native speaker. Additional languages are an asset
• Knowledge of communications and relationship management techniques
• Experience working with InDesign, Photoshop, social media, CMS and CRM systems
• Creative but attentive to detail
• Sense of responsibility and thorough working style
• Interest in organic agriculture
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a international team
• Your own financial resources to cover your traineeship, e.g. Erasmus/ Leonardo programme
