Corporate Governance Research Internship MSCI Inc. Paris, France
POSITION OVERVIEW
ISS' Paris office is seeking two research interns for the winter/spring of 2013. Research interns will assist ISS' corporate governance analysts in the authoring and preparation of proxy analyses of the annual general meetings of publicly traded companies. Specific tasks include drafting vote recommendations, collecting data, and contacting corporate issuers with information enquiries.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency (both spoken and written) in English AND French AND/OR Arabic;
- A bachelor degree in law, finance, and/or economics, or in the process of obtaining such a degree;
- A good eye for detail, strong analytical ability, numeracy, strong oral and written communication skills, a basic understanding of capital markets, the ability to work independently while cooperating with other team members.
