The European Society of Anaesthesiology (ESA) a.i.s.b.l. www.esahq.org active in the field of continuous medical education and promotion of research, is looking for a full-time team player to strengthen its Education department.
Job description:
The Examinations Administrator will organise the European Diploma in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care.
The Examinations Administrator will organise the European Diploma in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care.
Responsibilities include:
- Various organisational and administrative tasks
- Follow-up of candidates’ applications
- Regular contacts with examiners and local examination centres all over Europe
- Working closely with the Examinations Committee, assisting with the implementation of decisions and policies
- Regular travel to examination centres for on-site organisation (from 5 to 10 weekends a year)
Profile:
- Team player with excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken); and at least one other major European language is an asset
- Willing to travel, flexible and multi-tasked
- Accurate with an eye for detail
- Able to interact and communicate in a mature and professional way within and outside the organisation
- Always careful about sharing information
- Able to respect deadlines
- Excellent computer skills
- Min. 5 years’ experience
