Summary
The University of Surrey is looking to recruit a talented and experienced senior Marketing professional to be the key interface between the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences and the central marketing team. The Faculty Marketing Officer (FMO) will be an active member of both the central Marketing and Faculty teams ensuring that Undergraduate/Postgraduate recruitment and Research reputation building activity is integrated, effectively planned, coordinated and executed.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Campaign Management (with a dotted line to the Faculty Dean), this new role will be part of the central marketing and campaigns team but will be physically based in the Faculty to ensure close working with Faculty leadership and academics.

The FMO will be a qualified consumer marketing professional with extensive experience of managing and executing insight driven, innovative, effective and integrated marketing and communication campaigns.  Specific experience of managing consumer products/services and portfolio development would be advantageous.
