Burson-Marsteller Brussels is currently looking to fill a 6 months stage within our environment team.

The incumbent need to have a master degree in European studies and have a prior stage experience within the EU institutions. Preferably having interest/knowledge on policies related to environment (chemicals, climate change, water, waste, air quality).

As a big part of the clients are coming from the chemical sector, so a lot of work is done around  pesticides, biocides, electrical equipment, waste, restriction of substances and REACH

• She/he will do daily monitoring and research on what is going on in the European Union in terms of various topics, as well as doing research on specific client issues and identify new items that could be of interest for the clients.
• Next to this the incumbent will attend team meetings and he/she will be incorporated in the client team to participate as junior consultant working on client projects, taking notes, preparing briefs, etc
• Eligibility to work in the EU is a must. Excellent communication skills and very good oral and written English skills are necessary.
