Sasol Synfuels Secunda Project Manager

In this leadership role, you will manage and motivate a team responsible for the execution of capital projects through all phases from inception to completion as per the Sasol business and implementation (BD&I) model. This will include establishing and maintaining good working relationships with business and operations partners.

Qualifications and expertise should include: • BSc/BEng or equivalent qualification • At least 10 years’ relevant Project Management experience • Petrochemical experience is essential • Working knowledge of PMI/PMBok • Proven leadership skills • Embedded knowledge and application of project execution fundamentals • Good communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to work in a changing/unstructured environment.
