| 1. Collect basic data and complete monthly BT/VAT calculation package, ensure management approval is obtained properly and timely. 2. Perform monthly VAT and surcharges filing and input VAT invoice verification for the 2 entities located in Beijing 3. Prepare W/H VAT and CIT calculation, file W/H VAT and CIT returns and apply for tax clearance certificates with tax bureau; 4. Support to prepare the documents/information for accounts reconciliation work regarding tax; 5. Deal with both external and internal queries from tax perspective with the guidance of Tax team; 6. Support branch focal to complete tax filing and invoice issuance issue; 7. Provides advice, feedback to supervisor for process improvement. Requirement • At least 5 years tax compliance and accounting experience in a MNC or tax function of a large/ medium size company; • Ability to work as an integral part of the Shared Services team with the capacity to work cooperatively and in partnership with peers; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel, and accounting software systems SAP; • Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; • Must be organized and methodical in his or her approach to work, and be able to deliver high-quality work under pressure; and • Must be a quick leaner and fluent in English. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
