AUSTRALIA INDONESIA PARTNERSHIP FOR MATERNAL & NEONATAL HEALTH EXTERNAL EVALUATION OF AIPMNH SISTER HOSPITAL PROGRAM
Coffey International Development in cooperation with the Nossal Institute for Global Health and GIZ International Services is managing the AusAID funded Australia Indonesia Partnership for Maternal and Neonatal Health Program, an initiative to assist the Indonesian government implement the National Making Pregnancy Safer Strategies in selected provinces and districts and improving public administration in the health sector. The Sister Hospital program is an innovative intervention to address the lack of specialist services for maternal and neonatal complications in district hospitals in NTT. The initial six hospitals under the program have now completed 18 months of support, and the program has recently been expanded to a further five hospitals. AIPMNH support is due to finish in June 2013. Continuation of support for AusAID and the Indonesian Ministry of Health are seeking consulting services to evaluate the program, including an assessment of program achievements, its cost effectiveness and advice on the scope of necessary further support. We are currently seeking the following specialists to conduct the external evaluation of AIPMNH Sister Hospital Program:
• COFF-3206 Team Leader, International Level Position, Category C Job Level 3 under the ARF • COFF-3208 Health Economist, International Level Position, Category C Job Level 2 under the ARF • COFF-3207 Hospital Management Specialist, National Position • COFF-3209 Clinical Specialist - Obstetrics Gynaecologist, National Position • COFF-3210- Clinical Specialist – Paediatrician, National Position • COFF-3211- Researchers, National Position (2 positions)
