The University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School conducts world class research and teaching in Accounting & Finance, Economics and Management. As the largest Business School in Scotland, and second largest in the UK, we are undertaking a major programme of phased investment to build on our success and our international standing in research and teaching.
Our research makes signifi cant contributions to scholarly debates, to international, national and local policy and practice, and to professional education. A key member of the College Management Group (CMG), you will ensure the strategic development of the Business School and the achievement of its academic objectives, playing a major role in further developing the success of the College and the University.
As a proven Academic leader, you will champion the provision of high quality teaching, research and scholarly activities within the School, ensuring a stimulating, collegial and well-managed environment that empowers staff to be creative and effective in their activities.
This is an exciting time to lead the Adam Smith Business School, supporting the Vice-Principal and Head of College to promote excellence and further enhance our reputation as a world leading Institution.
