Afghan Wireless IN Manager

Job Description:

• Plan, assign and direct Operational Tasks to Team.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project to ensure project progresses and is on schedule.
• Develops quality assurance test plans and directs quality assurance testing.
• Assist in knowing and prioritization general service objectives.
• Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of project.
• Analyze manpower requirements and makes suggestions accordingly.
• Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.
• Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of project.
• Identification and schedules deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Assignment of duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to staff.
• Directs, coordinate and monitor activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule.
• Establishing SOPs
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules and plans as required.
• Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• Develops and maintains technical and project documentation.
• Coordinates project activities with marketing, sales, engineering, operations, customer support, and client staff to ensure goals and requirements are met.
• Prepares and presents the statement of work and proposals

Requirements:

• MINIMUM 6 years work experience required. Please do not apply if you have less than that.
• Preferable for Huawei, NSN & GSM mobile operators
