JOB PURPOSE

The position will head the Product Management function of AWCC � both Prepaid & Postpaid. To achieve month-on-month acquisition and revenue targets.

Job Description:

• Launch of new products based on corporate guidelines and from customer insights.
• Managing products through its life cycle.
• Target achievement of prepaid and postpaid month-on-month subscription numbers.
• Development and implementation of market penetration strategies including channel mix, product offerings and pricing.
• To provide market and customer inputs to Pricing & Revenue management teams to ensure better pricing and revenue strategy.
• Proactively develop and launch new and innovative product and price plans to maximize share-of-mind, trials and eventual market share vis-à-vis competition.
• To plan, devise and implement various customer acquisition promotions in accordance with the annual marketing budget.
• Tying-up and execution of cross-branding and cross-promotional promos to acquire incremental customers while maintaining brand equity.
• Work with regional marketing team to plan and develop various marketing and communication PoS materials.
• Work in tandem with Sales to ensure effective distribution of stock across regions and monitoring stock performance.
• Devising various trade marketing schemes to push retail sales through the channel.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Graduate/Post-graduate with MBA in Marketing preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Telecom.
• Strong understanding of telecom products, tariffs, billing process and revenue structure.
• Ability and willingness to understand competitive environment, consumer trends and trade practices in the industry.
• Knowledge of IN platform and its features and functions.
• Experience of product management in telecom industry.
• Ability to think conceptually in a highly competitive market environment.
• Planning and organising skills.
• Positive attitude.
