Manager - Circuit Capacity Management / VSAT

Job Description:

• Responsible to verify the standard site components and asses the availability of all materials.
• Follow up technical problem during installation and roll out.
• Responsible for site from Ready for installation status to the issuance the final Acceptance Certificate.
• Inter-act and coordinate with Satellite Operators, MW Department, Service Provider Vendors and End User Customers.
• Responsible in Project Planning and Management.
• Capture, monitor and analyze VSAT / MW / Leased Lines usage data through monitoring and recommend and implement appropriate traffic profile changes.
• Set up network monitoring tools.
• Afghan Local Training

Requirements:

• MINIMUM 6 years work experience required. Please do not apply if you have less than that.
• Preferable for Huawei, NSN & GSM mobile operators
