Request for Consultency: Consultancy for Authoring of the second Edition of the African Innovation Outlook (AIO)
Project name: African Science, Technology and Innovation Indicators (ASTII) Initiative
Objective: The country submissions need to be compiled and consolidated in a well-structured and edited publication, the African Innovation Outlook. To this end, the NSTIH ASTII programme would like engage the services of an African based consultant - institution or group of individuals - with a long experience in the field of STI indicators on the continent to undertake the task of authoring the AIO 2012/13 edition.

For hard copy submission, the envelope must be clearly marked “APPLICATION FOR CONSULTANCY – EDITING AND AUTHORING OF THE SECOND EDITION OF THE AFRICAN INNOVATION OUTLOOK (AIO)”, and “Do not open except in the presence of the NPCA Tender Board” at the top. The address for submission is:
