Investment & Trading Professional - Yangon, Myanmar at Mitsubishi Corporation


Duties: Plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales activities for Mitsubishi Corporation trading and investment businesses, managing them within the agreed budget and in accordance with department targets so as to contribute to achievement of sales target.

Marketing
 Assist in formulating, implement and coordinate marketing strategy and activities to promote products and services.
 Contribute to the formulation of marketing strategy, based on knowledge of MC objectives, market characteristics, and cost.
 Coordinate market research studies or analyze their findings.
 Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of specific businesses, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

Sales
 Prepare budget for own segment(s)/products for approval from department head.
 Responsible for business development and sales target of specific products in coverage area of Myammar and possibly South East Asia.
 Monitor and recommend control of credit and other commercial risks in compliance with company rules and regulations.
 Analyze market trends in terms of preferences, prices etc. and report to management in order to provide input into the negotiation with customers/suppliers.
 Act as liaison between HQ, suppliers and clients, negotiating on behalf of HQ and/or MC/YGN.
 Confer with potential customers regarding product needs and advise customers on types of product to purchase.

Desired Skills & Experience

5 – 10 years of experience as an investment and/or trading professional.

Fluency in Myanmarese & English is required, Japanese is desired
