The Australian Scholarships for Development in Vietnam is seeking applications for a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to join its dynamic and multi-disciplinary team. The position will require short term periodic inputs and will enable you to use your technical and practical M&E expertise in implementing key activities while also supporting and mentoring team members.

The Position
The M&E Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and modifying where necessary the existing M&E Strategy and Plan, conducting alumni tracer studies and case studies and undertaking M&E reporting requirements. The Specialist will assist in conducting an initial impact assessment as well as design a plan for a later impact evaluation and will play an important role in the mentoring of ASDiV team members.

To be considered, applicants will need to demonstrate significant experience in the development and implementation of M&E plans on donor assisted programs, ideally scholarship programs, including experience in a range of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Previous experience mentoring colleagues and an understanding of and experience applying cross-cutting development themes will be required.
