Senior Executive – SAP Strategist Ernst&Young

The function may include:

• Lead finance transformation programs (e.g. share service centre set-up) supported by SAP technology
• Provide independent quality assurance  on major SAP implementation programs by applying project management techniques as well as technical and business knowledge to ensure high-quality results.
• Function as independent Program Management Office, overlooking system integration companies that provide SAP implementation support
• Integrate SAP expertise and experience in Ernst & Young Finance delivery teams.
• Link the Belgian SAP practice with our EMEIA SAP practice
• Contribute to the relationship with SAP company locally in Belgium
• Lead multiple important client engagement teams.
• Improve pro-actively client and customer relationship.

• A master degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Sciences or comparable by relevant experience
• Eager to take the next step in your career by moving from SAP integration type of work to SAP management consulting
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects.
• Strong ability to combine technical expertise with business-consulting skills.
• An analytical mindset with a strong strive for quality and ability to work in a fast moving and result-oriented environment
• High communication and presentation skills in English.  Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is highly desired.
• Ability to perform at C-level and Board of Directors
• Sound interpersonal, teambuilding and relationship building skills
• Open to work in an international environment and willing to work abroad if needed
