Job Purpose |
Working
closely with the VP Global Sales, Head of Global Sales and RGMs, the
role of the Senior Manager, Commercial Dealing will be to develop a
global dealing strategy and plan for agency and corporate accounts, and
then to manage a small team of regionally focused Commercial Dealing
Managers to provide the Sales organisation with expertise and guidance
throughout the deal development and management cycle.

Responsibilities | Job accountabilities:

Work
with VP Global Sales, Head of Global Sales and RGMs, develop a global
agency and corporate dealing strategy that is aligned to Etihad’s
Commercial segmentation and channel mix objectives, and delivery of the
annual revenue budget

Provide
guidance and expertise on sophisticated global agency and corporate
deals, attending deal negotiations and providing advice to the Global
team on driving maximum return from the biggest agency and corporate
accounts

Lead
a small team of regionally focused Commercial Dealing Managers to
ensure they provide the right level of end-to-end support and guidance
to RGMs and GMs from the initial deal design stage through to deal
effectiveness and enhancements as the year progresses

Work
closely with the Salesforce CRM team in Commercial Strategy &
Planning to ensure best practice is spread across the network, and
timely and relevant reports and dashboards are created within
Salesforce.com that support the account creation and management process,
in particular in relation to Global accounts

Work
with the VP and Head of Commercial Strategy & Planning to help
develop the overall company commercial strategy, in particular with
relation to market segmentation and channel mix
