Sourcing Compliance Auditor Esprit Delhi, India
Position will report to the Head of Global Sourcing Compliance.
You will be responsible for:
•Conducting Esprit Social Compliance Audits.
•Completing and submitting Esprit Social Compliance Audit Reports to immediate supervisor for editing, review and approval.
•Reviewing audit results and Corrective Action Plans to assure progress in factory remediation.
•Communicating policy & procedures of Esprit Compliance Program to suppliers and factories.
•Providing education & training to factory workers and managers about the Esprit Social Compliance program.
•Following relevant news and media sources from or about the region. You will identify areas of concern and advise senior management on appropriate responses.
To qualify for this role, you should have
•A degree with min.3 years relevant experience in factory compliance auditing,
•Knowledge of BSCI requirements, and labor laws of Asia Pacific Countries,
•Familiarity with the audit requirements of 3rd party auditing companies,
•The ability to travel frequently,
•A good command of written and spoken English and Hindi, and
•Good computer skills, including Word & Excel.
•Knowledge of south Indian languages preferred.
