TEAM LEAD, ASSET & LIABILITY MANAGEMENT/LIQUIDITY MANAGEMENT
The Role
·
Reporting
to the Country Treasurer, your main responsibilities will involve:
·
Tactical
management of the bank’s balance sheet to achieve optimal profitability while
minimizing risk exposure;
·
Provision
of timely and relevant information on the Balance Sheet to facilitate decision
making by senior management;
·
Monitoring
and identifying balance sheet gaps and risk while formulating and executing
strategies to manage the same;
·
Preparation
and submission of various Country ALCO reports;
·
Compute
ratios to monitor the bank’s balance sheet in order to identify any change in
optimal structure;
The Person
·
Graduate
in a business related field or science degree where analytical skills are
required. A Master’s degree in Finance or some other business-related
discipline and/or professional qualification will be an added advantage;
·
Minimum
of 7 years experience in a bank;
·
Experience
in Asset & Liability Management/Financial Control will be an added
advantage;
·
Good
understanding of the Kenyan Economy;
·
Strong
financial management skills;
·
Strong
Financial Analysis skills.
