Providing leadership to a professional HR team, you will drive organisational development, reviewing and modernising management practices while promoting the shift to a performance led culture. We will look to you to deliver a perspective on HR trends to senior colleagues to shape strategy and business procedures as well as will set standards and ensure best HR practice. You will also manage our relationship with third party suppliers and consultants, so they provide value for money. Important will be your ability to build our employer reputation through best in class reward, resourcing and employee development strategies.

CIPD qualified and with an impressive record of developing HR strategy in a similar senior HR role you are skilled at reviewing HR structures and business processes, able to make sound financial decisions and control budgets. Comfortable managing competency frameworks you will also have experience of policy and procedures development as well as expertise in working with and negotiating with Trade Unions. Having implemented employee resourcing and talent management processes you are able to support senior managers with sound HR advice.
