The main objects of the company consist of providing a wide spectrum of financial services both fund based and non-fund based activities which includes term loans, collateral free credit, other forms of credits, thrift and savings, and insurance. Arman Financial Services Limited is looking for an Audit Manager. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the completion of audits as per the timelines.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Effective implementation of new risk based audit scoring format;
- Ensure all the issues are captured properly in the audit reports and scoring is done correctly;
- Compile the audit reports of all the branches;
- Prepare the final audit report and share it to the concerned departments;
- Guiding and mentoring audit executive in the field;
- Training the new employee of the department;
- Ensuring quality and reliability of the reports of audit executive by performing the role of checker for them;
- Coordinating with various support functions like credit, operations, HR, and admin for closure of issues pertaining to them;
- Participating in the inter-departmental meetings;
- Responsible for continuous update on the audit framework based on current changes pertaining to guidelines and internal structure of Arman;
- Facilitate and coordinate the external annual audit.
