The CRM team within our Commercial Analysis department is key to bringing us the insight that enhances the customer experience and helps us offer world-class service. We are looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to use their expert analysis and knowledge of digital marketing to make our digital customer insights even more impressive.

About the day to day

  • You’ll be responsible for the development, build and implementation of customer-centric analysis and insights to drive business decision-making, customer strategy development, customer targeting and communication effectiveness.
  • You will develop and deliver reports on revenue performance via online channels, digital marketing, analysis and insights to drive decision making and best practice.
  • You’ll see just how well our marketing campaigns are working, look at developing our attribution analytical models and directly advise senior stakeholders on how effective their customer marketing and online targeting is.
  • It’s a major brief, in a high profile role, that will see you in charge of your own portfolio of work as you develop and share analytical best practice within the project team and across the department and wider community. Using expert knowledge and experience of digital marketing to deliver the wide ranging portfolio.
  • You will act as the most senior analyst in the digital analysis team so need to be able to deliver quickly and effectively and challenge senior stakeholders through insightful analysis.
  • You’ll also mentor and coach insight analysts and act as the conscience of the business – challenging and impacting decision making.
  • You will assess how well we are meeting client needs, and making appropriate changes e.g. to process, analysis. Being a driver of insight and analysis to drive decisions and challenging the way things are done

About you

  • You’ll be really familiar with Adobe Insight or similar tools and you’ll have a knowledge of tagging.
  • Experience in either SAS or SQL is needed.
  • Your experience in a similar size analytical role in a marketing department or agency will mean you have a great understanding of digital marketing and you’ll be used to a complex data environment.
  • You’ll have a proven track record in generation of customer insights, train of thought analysis and translation of business questions into analytical queries, and you’ll know about complex campaign or communication design including customer sampling and testing strategies.
  • Lastly, you’ll have a good grasp of offline, A/B testing, econometrics and attribution, and you’ll be able to make recommendations on brand search/display.
