M&E Consultant
One (1) to focus on Road Rehabilitation Project and one (1) to focus on Transition to High Value Agriculture Project.
Each of the M&E Consultants shall meet the following minimum qualification requirements:
(i) at least a Master Degree in economics, statistics or other related to agribusiness or engineering sciences
(ii) at least three (3) years of general experience in research and/or analyzing data;
(iii) at least three (3) years of proven experience in collecting and analyzing data;
(iv) experience in using administrative data for analysis and evaluation;
(v) demonstrated ability to work with teams, government officials and other institutions;
(vi) fluency in written and spoken Romanian is required; working knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
