Technical Team Leader and Data Quality Review Expert
The Technical Team Leader shall meet the following minimum qualification requirements:
(i) at least a Master Degree in economics, statistics or other related social sciences with very strong background in monitoring and evaluation;
(ii) broad familiarity with international best practices in data quality audits and M&E in general and should have experience of leading a similar assignment;
(iii) at least five (5) years of general experience in research and/or analyzing data;
(iv) working knowledge of data quality tools and operations for providing direction on strategies and approaches, as well as implementations;
(v) experience in using administrative data for analysis and evaluation;
(vi) proven experience in the field of applied statistics, including survey designs, survey implementation and analyses of survey data;
(vii) demonstrated ability to work with government officials and other institutions;
(viii) prior experience in survey/assessment management/coordination will be considered an advantage; (ix) demonstrated ability to work in multicultural teams;
(x) fluency in written and spoken in English is required; knowledge Romanian will be considered an advantage.
