Over several years, PwC continues to run the Graduate Recruitment exercise for the final year graduates in universities in Tanzania. We look for inspired graduates who are ready to make their mark on the world.
Every year, we embark on one of the most critical calendar events for our firm; a recruitment drive in all the universities in Tanzania to get the best and the brightest talent.
In 2011, PricewaterhouseCoopers employed 35 graduate recruits from various reputable universities in the country. More than academic qualifications
We are looking for graduates from different disciplines that possess the following:-
- Final grade of upper second or GPS 3.5 and above in Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum grade of C in both Mathematics and English in O-Level Studies
The graduates should also be willing to pursue a professional certification in different areas e.g. accounting, information technology, corporate finance and so on. As you would expect, a strong academic background is important, however, in our experience it is also well-rounded individuals who succeed in PwC.
