The Mekong Institute seeks the services of an expert from New Zealand in SME cluster development and export consortia formation to design and facilitate a modular training program on, “SME Cluster Development and Export Consortia” to be conducted at the Mekong Institute Residential Training Center in Khon Kaen, Thailand from May 20-31, 2013.
A total of 20 consultancy days are required for pre, during, and post-training program activities. For more details please find the attached TOR and curriculum design statement.
