The Mekong Institute seeks the services of an expert from New Zealand on trade policy development and trade negotiation to design and facilitate a training program on “Trade Negotiation and Trade Policy Development” at the Mekong Institute Residential Training Center in Khon Kaen, Thailand from June 3-7, 2013.
A total of 10 consultancy days are required for pre, during, and post-training program activities.
