Deloitte Tanzania has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to join our TUNAJALI project in the role of Results Management Manager.
The TUNAJALI project is a 5 years project funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and other multi-donors to implement HIV/AIDS treatment. It is managed by Deloitte as the prime and Christian Social Service Commission (CSSC) as a technical lead.
The Role
As thr RMM, your role will be to implement a framework for planning and managing the TUNAJALI II program, designed with a view to ensuring a successful implementation and demonstration of tangible results in specific result areas of the program. Addittionally, you will also be responsible for reporting on risk and status to the Program steering committee per industry leading results oriented project management standards.
As an ideal team player, you should possess the following attributes:
·         A Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
·         A minimum of 5 - 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Tanzania public health sector, 3 of which should be at a managerial levelmanaging large, complex projects to successful completion
Other relevant skills
·         Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations.
·         Excellent report writing skills
·         Advanced proficiency in MS Office
·         Effective communication
·         Detail-oriented, organised and capable of multi - tasking
