Field Civil Supervisor
Job Purpose: You will supervise civil contractors and construction work in Northern Kenya to ensure that the construction work is completed safely, on time within the budget and adhering to Tullow standards. 

The construction projects will include well sites, access roads and water well, camp sites, buildings, access roads, airstrips, water wells and pipelines, water treatment and wastewater handling systems and sites.
 

The Field Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervision of the operations of contractors on site on the project design, construction, operation and maintenance. 

You will also provide direction to contractors and assist them plan utilization of their resources between projects to optimize work schedules including budget control and management.
 

You will provide reports and supporting information to Field Civil Coordinator, ensuring that the reports, records, timesheets, and invoices are up to date and properly filed while ensuring the safety and safety standards are properly implemented.

Requirements: 

·                     A Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects. 

·                     Excellent communication skills; good understanding of construction industry and Contract law.

·                     Excellent team worker; ability to plan and organize; high focus on environment, health and safety; good verbal and written communication skills; 

·                     strong communication skills both verbally and written and strong focus on quality.
