Vice President of Administration and Finance (VPAF)


VPAF is an administrative officer will report to the President of the University for Non-academic Administrative Affairs and Financial affairs. The VPAF has oversight responsibility for issues such as budget, accounting, grants, payroll, purchasing, and administrative services and legal services such as human resources, safety and security, facilities management, auxiliary services, construction and maintenance.
Qualifications: Master’s degree from a recognized and accredited Western University in Business Administration/Finance is required.
Five years’ of progressively responsible administrative and management experience in finance and administration in higher education. Preference will be given to those candidates who demonstrate experience at senior management level, experience with construction and HR policy and planning, and thorough working knowledge of financial management and business practices
The successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational, communication and written skills in English, excellent public presentation and writing skills, ability to work with academics and non academics in a collaborative decision making environment.
