Mindspark offers a world-class work environment with offices in both White Plains and NYC. This position is based at the Mindspark headquarters in White Plains, NY - a 5-minute walk from the Metro North White Plains station.
This perm recruiter-- will be well versed in all aspects recruiting Internet and Online professionals across various departments and all key verticals:
 
  • Software Engineering
  • Finance and accounting
  • Product Management/Marketing
  • Business Development
  • Creative/Design
  • Legal and HR

In this role, you'll focus on finding great candidates from both passive channels and job boards. But more than that, you will get an opportunity to use your deep sourcing skills to identify and attract the BEST talent out there. To be great in this role, you'll need to use your skills to create fantastic job postings, network with passive candidates, work closely with hiring managers and executives you support, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team, requiring juggling and daily prioritizing.

Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate Internet research and hunting skills. The best candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional hunters, organized, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.


Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage the development of job advertisements;
  • Proactively source candidates through various social networking sources (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)--identifying the passive job seeker and enticing them to join our team;
  • Manage the input of position requirements into an ATS platform;
  • Qualify candidates through resume review and behavior based phone interviews;
  • Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers;
  • Manage candidate and Hiring Manager communications;
  • Manage salary negotiations and offers;
  • Produce recruitment pipeline and candidate status reports
