Specifications: Responsibilities: Oversee, manage, plan and supervise staff working in a waste management company.  Translate prior experience in a waste management company into setting up structures, systems, policies and procedures. Interact with Municipal authority.  Oversee the Logistics and Accounting departments.  Make a determination on the costings for various options. Specifications A Bachelor degree holder with experience in working in East Africa, preferably a Swahili speaker.
