About Your Job:
In this role you will be part of our Reservations team and continue to ensure that our customers have a five star experience when contacting our Scandinavian office.
You will be handling queries, bookings, tickets, refunds and more from our direct customers. You may also need to assist our team working with Travel agent support.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need documented experience from IATA and Reservations. Minimum 2 years' experience from reservations and ticketing in an Airline or a Travel Agency. You will also ideally have Airline basic tariff courses and strong knowledge in Amadeus. You should have excellent English language ability; both verbally and written. You must also be fluent in one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish and/or Danish.
You are service-minded, good communicator and have strong ability to maintain a good structure through all of your daily responsibilities. You are also a very good team player.
This position is based in Stockholm and is a full-time temporary employment until March 2014.
