Senior Community Manager, Healthcare Industries

The Health Team aspires to be the world’s foremost centre for addressing the most critical health issues of the 21st century. It is the catalyst for collaboration between health leaders from industry, academia, government, international organizations and civil society. At present, the Health Team is addressing challenges in the areas of non-communicable diseases, health system sustainability, enabling health through data-sharing, mental health/well-being and science/innovation.
 
The Healthcare Industry Partnership offers industry leaders the opportunity to engage with a community of peers to address critical issues. Led by CEOs from all sectors of the healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health insurers, providers, etc.), the Healthcare Industry Partnership delivers industry value consistent with the Forum’s mission.
 
As Senior Community Manager, you will manage and grow the Forum’s community of Partners from the healthcare sector. You will contribute to the development of the industry programme, serving as an interface with industry contacts, including senior executives, experts and external stakeholders. You will monitor and summarize issues, and contribute to conducting research and developing content in support of the projects and initiatives of the Industry Partnership Programme. In addition, you will create and maintain account plans for our Partners, as well as develop and execute industry-related activities at relevant Forum or external events. You will develop key strategic relationships with non-business stakeholders (e.g. government officials or academia) and engage them in our industry activities.
 
You have proven leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal, communication and business skills. You possess a broad intellectual background, with a Master’s degree and three to five years of professional experience, ideally including business development, in or supporting the healthcare industry. You are service-oriented and comfortable interacting with senior executives. You are highly proficient in written and spoken English.
