The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a proactive and experienced Contracts Data management assistant with excellent analytical and organizational skills to support the OCS team to the timely and accurate migration of contract data to the new OCS system.

The Position: This position will be based in Lima, Perú and reports directly to the OCS Project Manager. The main responsibility for this position will be to identify, clarify, and enter contract and other related data from existing contract agreements and documents to OCS data structures.
Duties and Accountabilities:
• Identifies required OCS data in available contracts, agreements and PLA (Partner letter of agreement) applying his/her contract analysis experience
• Clarifies any data identification with Grants and Contracts department
• Responsible for the validation and accuracy of data entering into OCS layouts
• Validates and iterates entered data with Grants and Contracts department to ensure timely data sign off for data loading to OCS
• Plans and regularly reports his/her progress
Selection Criteria:
• Minimum 1 year experience in legal documentation and/or contract writing and handling, preferably experience in Notary legal work and documentation
• Minimum 90 words per minute
• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects at once; accuracy and attentiveness to details
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and customer oriented
• Advanced level in English reading and writing; intermediate level in English speaking.
Conditions:
