EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - Exodus Kampala Certified Public Accountants, Uganda

A Christian Non-Government Organization majorly dealing in evangelism, holistic and transformational development work in Uganda, is seeking to recruit dynamic and dedicated individuals to fill the following Vacancies in their Ugandan office. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: This is a top managerial position reporting directly to the Board of Directors and responsible for the Missions Manager, Finance and Administration Manager and Programmes manager Overall Responsibility: To provide overall leadership, direction, management of the organization’s strategic agenda and its resources and ensure that the organization is, in a viable manner, running effective programmes and providing services in line with the strategy and position of the Governing Board. Key job performance areas: Strategic team level leadership and organization Responsible for the organizations finances i.e. overseeing the acquisition and expenditure of the organization’s resources. Lead the organization’s human resource function Fundraising and networking Supporting the senior managers in reviewing policies and strategies Plan and set strategic goals and targets for units under the ED’s jurisdiction in line with the organizations strategy. Timely delivery of key management, financial and programme reports Spiritual leadership of the organisation

Requirement: A bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, development studies or in a subject relevant to the position. A Masters Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage. 5-7 years experience in a senior management position.
