GRM international is seeking an expression of interest from qualified Monitoring and Evaluation experts with experience in using the DCED (The Donor Committee for Enterprise Development) Standards for potential opportunities on large donor funded programs.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in designing and managing robust M&E systems and teams for large livelihoods and agricultural development programmes;
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation skills;
- Ability to design and support lesson learning processes within organisations;
- Strong experience in M4P (Making Markets Work for the Poor) programmes;
- Experience in use of DCED standards.
