The University of Surrey is an international university with a world-class research profile and an enterprising spirit. Inventive and forward-thinking, its heritage shows a recurring theme of doing things differently ¿ and achieving notable results.

In August 2011 the University of Surrey launched the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law, led by Prof. David Allen. The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management has a world-wide reputation for excellence, ranked number one by the Times, Independent and Guardian league tables. Tourism and Hospitality Management at Surrey have been at the forefront of teaching, research and publication in the field for over forty years. The academic team has an international reputation and a very strong research-culture.

The school is seeking to expand further in order to offer our students an enhanced experience and to maximise research excellence and particularly our position for the forthcoming REF.
