RESEARCH AND PROGRAMME SUPPORT, APPLIED INNOVATION


Fixed-term contract for one year
 £23,300 to £25,000, plus defined benefit pension
We are keen to recruit a researcher to join our Applied Innovation team, which works on national programmes and practical projects.  You will support a variety of work, undertaking research to a high standard, but also supporting the practical running of larger programmes and bespoke projects.
You will be an enthusiastic individual with experience of working in and undertaking research within the public and/or voluntary sector.  You will be driven to make a difference and keen to take the initiative in your work.  You thrive on variety, are motivated by learning and have an active interest in a range of work areas across the social sector, such as housing and communities, work with young people, resilience and innovation
The Young Foundation brings together insight, innovation and entrepreneurship to meet social needs. We have a 55 year track record of success with ventures such as the Open University, Which?, the School for Social Entrepreneurs and Healthline (the precursor of NHS Direct).
