Purpose of the post
The Sales Manager develops, implements and manages the company sales strategy both from a business and sales perspective.

Main responsibilities

•  Negotiate agreements with potential companies’ sales representatives
•  Develop the existing sales policy through maintaining in depth knowledge of The Beginner content and pricing strategies, monitoring competitors, and devising product differentiation strategies

Essential criteria

• Ideal candidates will have a degree in management, business, or marketing
• Experience (5+ years) of working in advertising, marketing, or sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Perfect knowledge of both written and spoken English
• Other EU languages would be an asset (German and French are an advantage)
• Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Work well independently and within deadlines
