Process Manager CoE SCM (m/f) Adidas group


JOB PROFILE:
  • Support development and maintenance of the SCM process strategy end to end for supply chain management with focus on Master Data processes
  • Assist in the development of business cases for process initiatives to ensure a tangible analysis behind any initiative.
  • Install tracking and reporting framework on progress and prepare regular updates to stakeholders through various channels.
  • Contribute to detailed project planning and milestone tracking relating to implementations.
  • Assist in the development of documentation, testing and training related to process management activities.
  • Setup various workshops, summarize results and execute debriefing.
  • Perform and support various ad hoc analyses as part of process related initiatives.
  • Execute various data analyses on process performance, identify options to resolve issues and providing recommendation(s) on process optimization.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a process network with other relevant departments and stakeholders.
 YOUR PROFILE:
  • Knowledge and preferably working experience in supply chain functions
  • Good planning and organization skills, and ability to work and deliver in changing environments
  • Analytical and quantitative abilities
  • End-to-end supply chain understanding
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization
  • Action oriented and solution minded team player
  • High degree of self-management, enthusiasm, drive to perform
  • Excellent English language proficiency; multi-lingual abilities in local languages preferred.
  • Proficiency in process / project management related tools and software (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Aris)
  • Willing to invest and increase career development potential
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently
  • A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations; MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years work experience, ideally in an apparel/fashion supply chain mgmt. or retailing context
  • Experience in process or project management preferred
  • International working experience preferred
