| Duties | |
|
- Define business processes and establish the necessary tools (concepts, budgets, project plans, etc.)
- Define and create standard documentation outlining generic timelines, responsibilities and standard operational workflows
- Define FIFA’s accommodation service entities and establish a service level plan
- Prepare the necessary supervision tools for an operational cost effective flow as well as tools for tenders and supervision of FIFA service agencies
- Supervise the contract management and sales process
- Support agencies in the negotiation process

| Requirements | |
|
- College or graduate degree
- 3 years proven experience in hotel, travel or convention management
- 3 years proven experience in major sport event accommodation
- Strong planning, process and business management skills
- Experience in contract management
- Proficient in English, any additional FIFA language (Spanish, French, German) an asset
- Stress-resistant and perseverant
- Strong communicator and team worker
- Good at handling conflicts
