To complete our team, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is seeking a highly professional and committed team player for the following position:
FWC 2014, 2018 and 2022 Accommodation Manager
Duties
  • Define business processes and establish the necessary tools (concepts, budgets, project plans, etc.)
  • Define and create standard documentation outlining generic timelines, responsibilities and standard operational workflows
  • Define FIFA’s accommodation service entities and establish a service level plan
  • Prepare the necessary supervision tools for an operational cost effective flow as well as tools for tenders and supervision of FIFA service agencies
  • Supervise the contract management and sales process
  • Support agencies in the negotiation process
Requirements
  • College or graduate degree
  • 3 years proven experience in hotel, travel or convention management
  • 3 years proven experience in major sport event accommodation
  • Strong planning, process and business management skills
  • Experience in contract management
  • Proficient in English, any additional FIFA language (Spanish, French, German) an asset
  • Stress-resistant and perseverant
  • Strong communicator and team worker
  • Good at handling conflicts
