	To complete our team, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is seeking a highly professional and committed team player for the following position:
	Manager Competitions (Olympics, FIFA Club World Cup & FIFA U-20 World Cup)
	Duties
	Leading and managing a project team, ensuring project planning (middle and long term) project communication and controlling Meeting budget targets (expense management within detailed budget frame) Overseeing project administration (filing, reports, templates, lessons learned) Coordination of preliminary tournaments (as required) Overseeing as well as preparing all event specific inspections Primary counterpart of competitions relevant issues for the LOC Logistic and administrative support for activities concerning the relevant Organising Committees Elaboration of hosting agreements and regulations for FIFA tournaments Accreditation coordination and implementation of all aspects of the event specific general programme Overseeing the planning and preparation of draws, award ceremonies etc. as well as infrastructure and logistics at the events (event offices, shipments, travel arrangements)
	Requirements
	College or graduate degree, or basic commercial education Minimum of five years of related experience in organisation of large events High administrative, organisational and leadership skills Experience in budgeting and controlling Very good language skills in English; German and Spanish as additional assets Very good project management skills and proven experience in leading projects Proficient with MS Office, MS Project is a plus Self-starter, proactive and able to take initiative and responsibility Able to cope in an international, demanding and changing environment Flexible and able to work well under pressure, reliable and persistent Outgoing and flexible personality with excellent communication skills Willingness to travel and affinity towards football
